ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES | MINDSET

It took me awhile to resonate with this statement. As a matter of fact, it actually takes '21 times' to hear something before it 'sinks in'. But after hearing it several times I finally was able to realize what this simple but effective message really means.
Attention is a type of nourishment for our vibrating world. To me, giving something attention means that you are allowing it to grow in your mind through your thoughts. We feed it, we nourish it, allowing it to get big and strong until it's born; in other words until it manifests into reality.
You see, our thoughts are vibrating frequencies that call for whatever we are thinking about. In fact, everything you see around you had it's inception in the someones mind. It was at some point someones thought or imagination. That table, that chair, that smart phone or computer you may be reading this on.
Your thoughts are very powerful. That's why it's important to choose them wisely. That's right, I said "choose". You have the power to choose your own thoughts. You have the power to choose if you want to look at the negative side of everything or the positive side. And keep in mind that whatever you 'think' will 'realize'.
One of the natural laws of the universe is the Law of Polarity. This law explains that everything has it's polar opposite. You can't change that but you CAN choose what 'opposite' to focus, grow and manifest. The law of polarity also rectifies that for every negative situation, there is a positive situation on the other side (the polar opposite situation).
The way I like to look at it, is that for any challenge that presents it's self there is a solution. My job is to try and find it by focusing my thoughts on what the ultimate most positive, most polar situation would look like. Here is where you will need to put to use your creative imagination. How would your most positive outcome look like?
When you give your attention (thoughts) to a negative situation or issue, that situation or issue will take over your thoughts until it manifests. You have to learn to not give your power to 'fear' (negative thoughts). Do not feed negative situations with your attention.
Choose to focus your attention on the bright side of a situation (on the polar opposite) or redirect your thoughts to positive thoughts (ie: 'what a beautiful day' or 'I love my pet', etc), Your mind will build from those positive thoughts and give you more positive thoughts but you must redirect, focus and give it a "positive foundation". Choose your thoughts wisely.
